Our Partnership Process
1.Initial Consultation and Site Assessment:
We recommend scheduling an initial meeting to conduct a thorough assessment of the designated areas in downtown Chicago. This will allow us to gain a deeper understanding of the specific security challenges and tailor our services accordingly.
2.Customized Service Plan:
Based on the assessment, we will develop a detailed, customized service plan outlining the deployment of patrol services, patrol vehicle locations, and the allocation of trained armed security personnel.
3.Contract Negotiations:
Once the service plan is agreed upon, we will initiate discussions regarding the contractual agreement, including terms, pricing, and any specific clauses or requirements.
4.Training and Onboarding:
In preparation for the implementation phase, we will coordinate training sessions for our security personnel, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the designated areas, local regulations, and any specific protocols established by the city.
5.Implementation and Ongoing Evaluation:
With all preparations in place, we will commence the implementation of our security services. Throughout the partnership, we will maintain open lines of communication, conduct regular performance evaluations, and remain adaptable to any evolving security needs.
6.Pricing: We propose initiating negotiations at a rate of $70 per hour for the provision of two squad cars and a complement of four security guards, ensuring round-the-clock service coverage.
